I viewed multiple offices in and around the area, and this one stood out above them all, the quality of the building, offices, décor but above all Walt the building manager and his team are so helpful and cant do enough for you and really make the place what it is, if your looking for office space i couldn't recommend them enough.
Walt and the team have been fantastic before and since moving in, it’s a great site all tenants we’ve met so far are friendly and helpful, really pleased we decided to join!

Fabulous modern, professional work space with a welcoming reception and great management who are really helpful and friendly, as are the other people from businesses who also work from here. We've used office space here for over two years and it has been a perfect base -straight off the motorway too. I really enjoy working from here. It is also spotlessly clean
Came here this afternoon to pick-up wedding invitations form a company called Jervis Printers. Upon arrival your met by a spacious car park, which I presume would be monitored by cameras. The building itself looked very modern and clean. I made my way into reception from the side of the building, once inside they have two tables facing, one says incoming post and the other saying out going post. This was where my parcel was. I noticed there was a staff member sat in an office doing some computer work.
A nice space with a very reasonable cafe, but could certainly do with some air con being installed as rooms were very hot.
We recently had our National Council meeting here. We rent an office in this building and we knew there had been a full refurbishment, but it wasn't until we used the Conference room that we realised the extent. Great meeting space, good experience for all our guests and lots of compliments! The screens in the room are plug-and-play and there is a strong internet signal. Day to day it's a seamless service from the team and as a charity we find it affordable as well as a nice place to work - the refurb has turned Bizspace Oldham into a modern, light yet professional environment and there's even a positive message with motivational slogans.
Fantastic building with very helpful management. If you are looking for office space I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Very noisey at times and cold
