I've stored my van here since 2013 without issue. Staff friendly enough when you have to speak to them about anything, which is rare. I changed my van to a twin axle last year and the spot I had was really awkward to get into due to the additional length. I asked to move and just did so without any fuss.
Please do not leave you caravan on this site! Left mine here, and a lot of damaged all down one side of my caravan then cut all my pipes under the caravan, and things kept going missing from my caravan, when I phoned him about this! I was on holiday at the time, he said don’t worry about it and enjoy your holiday, left it two days it was playing on my mind, and spoiling my holiday, so I drove down, just to get it sorted, so I could enjoy the rest of my holiday, he basically told me to get lost, he didn’t even reimburse my money I gave him for looking after my caravan, he also tells you it’s fully cctv and don’t worry he will look after it, but when anything happens! The cctv is down, he comes across all nice, but when things go wrong, he will not help you!
Great secure storage for your vehicle
the sight is very secure one lane to it and you need a pass for the gate out of hours pluss plenty of room for the van
we have just obtained a plot on this site .which is very secure with gated access and lights cctv etc the owner Martin dealt with us he was very helpful and knowledgable and made us feel welcome we are now comfortable in the fact that out caravan is very safe and secure if you are looking for caravan storage I would strongly recommend this site Bill Mordue
Well how do I start with this one well I was in a hurry to store my van quickly so this was the nearest when I got there I paid my deposit of £350 WOT CAN I SAY ABOUT THE OWNER WELL HE WAS OK FOR THE FIRST COUPLE OF MONTHS TILL I STARTED CLEANING MY VAN HE TOLD ME THAY DONT ALLOW CLEANING AS THAY DO IT SO I GIAVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUGHT I LET THEM CLEAN IT FOR £ 60 FOR THE OUTSIDE SO WHEN I RETURNED I WAS ASTONISHED TO FIND MY VAN RUIND ON ONE SIDE WHERE THAY JET WASHED IT I TOLD HIM ABOUT THE DAMAGE HE REPLIED THERE MUST OF BEEN SOME WORK ON IT BEFORE IT WAS. BRAND NEW ONE I PAYED A LOT OF MONEY FOR THIS VAN SINCE THEN HE BECAME VERY ARROGENT argumentivargumentive very rude I was putting some stuff on my van for the winter when he came over and told me I'm always cleaning it that he was the boss and he wanted me off I didn't do nothing wrong I didn't even argue with him he wouldn't even give me a bucket of water he was very very rude he told me he was not enbersing me my money wot was owed to me I felt very uncomfortable all the time I went down to my bangs even put a van so close to mine that I couldn't get in a very arrogant rude man that is one place where I'll never put my van again hope you will beaware this is not a safe site
PLEASE DO NOT USE payed my pitch for the year £400 then went to pick up caravan didn't end up buying as found damp I rang them back 2 hours later and explained what has happened and can I have a refund he said no and to phone back the next day so I did and then he said I will only refund you £250 what a joke he has ripped me off for £150 for 2 hours sto6which I never used I am not the only one this has happened too read the other reviews and please do your research I learnt the hard way he is very undermining and doesn't let you have your say and puts the phone down on you not a very good way of taking to his customers.
