They messed up our booking and did not arrive at 13:00 as agreed. We did not find this out until 13:30 when we had to call to find out where they were, at which time we were informed they had not booked a van for us so they would not arrive until 17:00, however they did not arrive until 18:00. Despite the massive error from this company we were offered no discount, apart from a pathetic £5 which was supposed to cover our petrol money from us being forced to go and pick up the keys. (since they were so late the estate agents would be closed if we had waited). The staff on the phone were also rude and patronising. You can not deal with a company like this when moving house, other people in the chain will be trying to move in earlier, with other more reliable moving companies, and you need to pick up keys. The guys helping to move the furniture were nice and professional, but I would never use this company again, and I would advise anyone else to avoid them. Go with someone reliable, with some idea of customer service.
