We regularly use bitterne library as live nearby. Reservations always work, very friendly and helpful. Good stock of books I find as well when I just want something particularly for my 10 year old son who needs constantly more books. Jigsaw today as well to do and no charge. Just brilliant!

Im sorry to say that but I went over there just to pick my son's treasure book pack and the staff was very rude.
Social distancing rules and the wearing of face mask is in place. The staff are very polite and helpful.
