We needed to move my nan who is 90 so called around for quotes.  Bisley Removals provided a fantastic service from the initial quote to moving in, everyone was friendly and professional.  On our move day the guys were cheerful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.  They were very respectful, helping to ensure everything was done and didn't rush my nan re loading and unloading.  A company I would highly recommend.

Can't recommend them enough, really nice people, great at what they do, they also supply the boxes or pack on the day (or a bit of both) they made it very easy to move! I've used them a few times in recent years and I would recommend the packing service, so much better and fantastic that they built the beds and furniture again at the new house.

Dreadfully rude and unprofessional - it took 5 phone calls and more than a week just to get them to book an appointment for a quote.  On the morning of the quote booked for 3pm, Cavan Grainger phoned asking to come round within 30 minutes which we couldn't do as we were going out - Mr Grainger grumbled about it and when we checked it was still booked for that afternoon he said "yeah see you at 3 maybe" and hung up!  When we called back to check what that meant he said he didn't like our attitude (!) and he wouldn't come round to quote!!

There are a lot of friendly, professional removal companies out there - this most definitely isn't one of them!!

Bisley handled our move brilliantly. Had some issues getting the keys, so only received them at 4:30pm but they still had all our items unloaded by early evening, in the right places. They packed very professionally the day before as well. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We cannot praise Bisley Removals highly enough. They were extremely flexible and managed to fit us in at only 8 days notice after 15 months of waiting for our completion date to be announced.
We made use of the packing service and we are so glad we did. The day prior to our move the van arrived with Ken and Mark, later joined by Jay and it was so easy for us that we went out for coffee, and lunch, and yet another coffee, while the team packed the main bulk of our belongings and took them away. On the day of the move the remainder of our goods were out of the house by 1030 which gave us time to clean and prepare the house for the new owners, and have another coffee.
With an early completion we picked up the keys and the vans arrived with Mark and Gavin who worked like Trojans. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all we had to do was keep them supplied with tea, coffee and biscuits and by 5pm we were in our new house with everything in the right room. Our clothes never left the drawers, our hanging clothes were transported on a hanging rail and put straight into the wardrobes at the new house, it really was the easiest and best managed move we have had, and having been in the services we've had a few! Thanks to the whole team at Bisley Removals for making our move so simple and trouble free. Graham & Caroline Cooke
