Same problems as all medical places, hard to make an appointment, unsociable hours if you have a job (is. You are actually paying for the service), full of the unemployed pretending to be ill, a bit scruffy because all the doctors get the money, poor customer service because they have no competition etc etc. Doctors are at least nice though, mostly.

Best Practice across all the North East of England. Very nice Staff . Well organised. Punctual. Friendly. Good communication. Helpful. Well respected prominent doctors. Ancillary services are wide and great.
