The Biscuit Cafe is a must as your stepping back in time while walking the cobblestone streets of Culross. Home baked goods and hot frothy drinks await you in this little gem tucked away in our favorite village in Scotland.

Visited the cafe today 28/5/17 and said to the waitress that we would just share a sandwich which anywhere else never seems to a problem! Not here! As they have a half sandwich option on the menu the girl tried to insist that we take this option meaning we would be costing ourselves an extra £3??? So we said no thanks we'll just order one sandwich between us. Now it's not the money that's the problem here it was the attitude. Biggest problem was hearing the staff talk about us in the kitchen saying, " I mean you wouldn't walk into a pub and ask to split a pint!" No not even close to the same situation but above all very, very unprofessional. Also the gents dirty looks at us where just as bad!!

We had tea and scones after visiting the museum. Very friendly stuff and delicious cakes, scones and sandwiches. A very friendly gentleman heped lus with the cot and the buggy. We were served quickly and friendly. The decor is cozy and you can also sit outside. The prices are adequate and not too expensive.

I not sure if it the same place. There was coffee shop on left side from palace. If it's the same then they have best carrot cake in UK. OMG soo good. Two coffees and two cakes cost 13£ you must try.
