A good place for me who leave in the middle part of Englandseldom can buy fresh and cheap seafood. Fresh seafood and vegetables. Value price.
Great place to get your fruits, meat and veg. Super bargain on display. Top Quality The seller's are very courteous, polite, and helpful. Everything all under one roof in the hearts of the Midlands. 5 stars for these guys all day.
Nice neat place to shop.
A very big place with plenty of items fruits, vegetables and so on to go home with. I really love this place because the environment is clean too.
Went there on the 11/06/2022 place is clean and way better than the old markets. Price wise you need to buy bulk to save. For the general public there not much of a saving because your not buying box’s and box’s of produce but you get the odd bargain.
Traders that love to Rip-Off consumers with stupit prices compared to business owners. It suppossed to be wholesale market, for example 5kg box of date my local super market sell for £25 bought from birmingham wholesale market, so I decided to go to Birmingham wholesale market myself hoping it will be cheaper then my local supermarket , and suprise suprise same date same brand £40 another trader say £35 what a Rip-Off. Its cheaper just to buy from my local supermarket instead of wasting my time and fuel cost getting ripped-off. All customers should be treated equally.
Fresh fruit & vegetables from around the world at great prices, makes Birmingham a special place for me.. I can eat fruits that I eat on holiday at home, you have to go, great environment and good people
Well worth the early get up on a Saturday morning to cruise pass the Villa Ground!! Anyway, always well served by J Vickerstaff & Co Ltd - good quality fish at quality prices - far cheaper than the Bullring Fish Market. Like buying in bulk to stock up? - this is where to go. Thank you.
Got all I need to stock ahead of the Lockdown at expected and reasonable prices. Visited Again today. Wholesale Market is still open to the public as all the tenants welcome the public. Just make sure that you put on your face mask.
Location makes no sense 90% of traders Supermarkets , businesses are on the other side of town. This is a typical council agenda dont listen to the many follow the ££££ .Handsworth ..Aston...are only areas within reach . Lots of pitches empty .In 2019 the Market should be covered the old one at least could park under canopy....when it rains no covering. .in summer full on sunshine on products were was the logic one step forward 2 steps backward . Second city lol have a look at Smithfields Market Manchester. Much more to say dont want to depress you give it 5 years when they increase rent most wholesalers going into private premises!!
