First time I have visited this vet and the last. The vet herself seemed very nice, but I was made to feel that I was an inconvenience by the receptionist who seemed to be more interested in her phone. After my dog was checked for a slight ear infection which took about 3 minutes I was then charged extortionate prices for the medication on top of the consultation fees. Overall I felt ripped off and will be looking elsewhere for future treatments and Pet insurance.

Refuse to see my 5 month old puppy who has been sick all night with reddish diaheria because I had no money on the day an also wasn't registered with them, awful!

Very friendly and welcoming service. Very good value as well - you don't come out feeling like you've been ripped off. couple of the staff seem a little inexperienced, but overall a really lovely practice.

Mr shepherd and Mr marston have been very kind to me and my cats over the years. they have a great bunch of nurses and you come away without being ripped off. I highly reccomend them!
