The security team were absolutly amazing patrolling and making sure everyone was safe, all in all the night was absolutely awesome I'll be going again.

We had a great nite out at buzz bingo had a lovely meal and we even won a game as well .

We were looked after so well by Simon, it's been nearly 20yrs since I've been to bingo. Where have all the people gone!! Come on, rather than playing alone at home, get back into your local bingo halls & support them. Friendly staff, so helpful, the hall was clean & bright, easy access to all amenities, brilliant night out. Thank you Simon & all your staff, we will be back soon.

Great atmosphere and had an amazing night

Bingo back on, still on table service with food, which is not so good, as when it comes whilst playing bingo u get disturbed and end up missing ya numbers, and ya can't catch up, especially when playing on paper!! Only the downstairs bar open, be great to see it back to normal and the upstairs bar open too. Some staff wearing masks thank u for that, that appreciated by me anyway.

Always loved going here but not been regularly for years. Went last night as my mum passed away Xmas day and she LOVED her bingo and I wanted to do something where I guess I’d feel close to her. As always, no wins but a lovely night none the less. Lisa at the top bar was friendly and polite. Only thing I’d say is our food wasn’t great. Chips were still quite hard in the middle and chicken bites were over fried. Still had a lovely time though.

Always friendly staff prize money could do with being a bit higher

Told half price drinks voucher couldn't be used then told me drinks was already half price but I didn't get charged half price gave me a bit if money back told me cider wasn't included but in the voucher said it was staff didn't seem to know what to do then won a line which said £10 when we opened envelope they was only £5 inside no mention of 2 winners confused x

Went for the afternoon session, it was a shambles. there was one lady at reception whom was lovely and very professional, another lad who served us who despite being there for a year seemed to know nothing. Went to bar nobody there, manager ignored my call to him to order drinks. Hand up for change for ages and the actual lady who was calling the numbers eventually had to prompt the manager to bring change to the table. Two ladies seemed to run the whole thing, rubbish service, dirty glasses yet I still spent nearly £90 on bingo drinks and meals.
