Ive never done any form of yoga before, did slow flow on Tuesday, it was fab, as a beginner, I felt welcome, there was a great energyin the class. I was able to go at my own pace, and surprised myself that I was able to keep up. Really enjoyed the class, felt a mental and physical benefit. Iv already booked my second class and had the best nights sleep. If your considering it, give it a try!!
Couldn’t recommend HYB enough. Danielle is simply amazing and there’s not enough words to describe how much HYB has helped better not only my physical health but mental too. It’s a totally relaxed environment that has zero judgement and all the teachers are so knowledgeable in their practice. M would highly recommend the 26& flow with Danielle for a factory reset for both your brain and body. There’s no words to describe my love for this place thank you Danielle and HYB for everything
Dropped by on a recent trip to Belfast and really enjoyed the classes. Nice facilities, great selection of classes and friendly teachers who explain everything very well and make all levels feel welcome. Would definitely recommend!
Beautifully led 26&2 class with Anna Leckey this morning. This was my first time in this particular studio and I found it to be welcoming, spacious and clean with good changing room facilities and a friendly community. Very importantly the hot room itself had great heat, humidity, layout and mirrors. Thank you HYB.
First time at HYB tonight- the class was amazing thanks Danielle!! and just what I needed after a long cold day! The new studio is awesome, lots of space, great changing facilities and the infra red heaters make it super hot!! Exactly what you need during winter in Belfast great to be back, highly recommend
Absolutely amazing! It is hard,but the feeling after is absolutely amazing, you feel relaxed and ready to work hard again.After long and hard week, yoga lets you to relax your mind and make it ready for the next round. I really do enjoy it
Fantastic gym and variety of different classes. Fantastic Fitness Coaches and very knowledgeable. Outstanding equipment and facilities. Welcoming and peofessional staff. Fantastic cleanliness throughout. Probably the best gym in Belfast by far.
