This is a private gym specially designed for the older generation. Consists of 12 mechanised machines which move with you and help with exercising and allow you the scope to put in what effort you can. This means it is open to anyone no matter how unfit you are. This is definitely worth a try for anyone over 40 and no matter what ailments you have. Owners are very nice and helpful and at times there is a good atmosphere in the place.
