5 star, awesome experience from start to finish! George and Bhryn over in the Orpington location have been fantastic, friendly and helpful beyond expectation. My shipping delivery date changed numerous times but the guys were super accommodating and could not have done enough to help. Location was great, always parking available, great sized clean units, easy and secure access. Highly recommended.

George & Dave,  in Orpington were great, made the whole experience completely stress free and they were extremely helpful and friendly throughout.. even gave me a glass of water as I was parched from the move.  And their security team was also very helpful and friendly.

Super friendly people, sustainable packaging and love that they have all the box sizes made up in reception to see how big everything is. Honestly they are excellent, they didn't harass us to book and they are very chill and flexible about moving dates. Dave and Bryn are exceptionally lovely and was made to feel so welcome and valued !

Brin explained everything very well and was extremely patient with all my questions. He walked me through the entire process and was genuinely happy to help. I felt a lot more confident about the process after speaking with him.

Bhrindhan Manoharan has assisted check in and upgrade process in a very professional and effective manner. Communication was with clarity. Overall it was an easy going pleasant experience. Thank you.

Son used them when he moved, I came with him one week as I was emptying a shed and needed space. I was told I couldnt take a unit out because it would look like I was taking advantage of their discount.  I ended up moving in at another company up the road.

George was polite, courteous, helpful and friendly. He made the set up process simple and easy.

Very good experience. Great customer service in store George for check in and Dave for check out and on the phone Maxine when I needed extended hours access. Good value for money. Good communication and prompt refund when I left early. My only gripe is that the opening and closing times are too short as someone who doesn’t work in the area no way to access unit before 5:30 close or 8:30 opening. Paid £5 each time but can get “deal”for 4 times I believe for £10.

George was great, fantastic service so far. Much better than SafeStore!

After 15 years continuous use we have finally cleared and reliquished our storage space. The formalities were completed efficiently and in a very helpful and friendly manner by a personable young man named Bhrin. We would highly recommend Big Yellow Storage in general and the Orpington location in particular.
