From the moment you enter the office you can just tell that the place is operating like a well oiled machine, with people coming and going and moving stuff. Extra boxes of all sizes are available if required to store my belongings, Seemed like nothing was too much trouble and with a service lift to get my stuff into my unit up and down from the front entrance was a doddle. A really good discount came with the package which I didn’t expect. Great stuff and always welcome! Nancy is a credit to the company and explained everything I needed to know in a friendly but professional manner. Oh and the place was spotlessly clean which is something else I appreciated. I would happily use again and have no hesitation recommending Lock’n’store to my friends.

Absolutely loving every aspect of my experience with this fab place. So many things to give five stars to! What I love the most, is the immediate rapport with Nancy and how friendly and vibey she is. Even though I did my due diligence and got a few other quotes, I knew I would hand over my belongings to Nancy and her team. After all, all storage places offer storage, but not all make you feel like you can pop in anytime for a cuppa. Thanks ladies, you are all fabulous. And yes, there will be cake!

What to say, I was treated to the best customer service I've experienced for a long time. On my first visit, I was greeted with a smile which is always nice. I had made an internet enquiry, which the lady found quickly. She talked me through everything, from prices to showing me the unit to make sure it was what I needed. All in all it was a great experience, so I paid the holding fee there and then. On my second visit, the service was equally impressive and pleasant. I was given all the relevant documents, shown the unit again. To make sure it was right for me, shown how to use the facilities. Again, five star service. My whole service this far has been nothing short of superb, both ladies I have spoken with have been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.

Staff are absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful, my fiance had to come alone for her first trip and the woman who served her, Irish sorry camt recall her name, was the embodiment of delightful.

Nancie is a legend! Urgently needed a box and she couldn’t have been more helpful on the phone, and she was so welcoming in the shop when I rush in just before closing - so refreshing to get such good service : will happily use this company in the future for other business needs.
