The company's customer representative was very helpful explaining all the pricing over the phone and planning the move. On moving day the movers arrived on time and even called ahead to let us know that they were on the way. They wrapped all my furniture very well and nothing was damaged. The movers also set up my furniture in my new apartment so I didn't have to try to push heavy furniture around after they left.
