Just to let you all no. My daughter had her birthday party at big tops today and was very very disappointed. We payed for premium party for 12 children. They went into party room for food. They got 1 nugget each 1 smiley face 1 small square pizza I couldn’t believe my eyes all the children was still really hungry. There was no jelly o ice cream. And the party host wasn’t interacting with the children. My wife an her friend had to start the happy birthday singing. An went to ask for More nuggets for the children an they said no. They said it was 2.95 for 4 more nuggets my jaw dropped to the floor. Has it would have been 9 pound for 12 nuggets. If any 1 thinking of having a party hear then don’t. Go 2 jungle mania o big apple lots more food there. O if u go 2 big tops pay for play an eat an not a party. The actual play centre it’s self the frames an slides we can’t fault the kids loved

Cheap and cheerful. Large seating area. Good selection of food and kids love the play area (which is the main thing).

Great range of stuff for the kids love the ew baby and toddler areas. Big kids well managed! Good food too.

Staff upon arrival were very abrupt and not a smile in sight. However the play experience was great fun for the children. A little customer service training would be a suggestion.
