Went here for the first time recently, lots of parking spacious inside with various seating options , shows live sports / football , staff were friendly and polite , had the steak pie with chips and peas which was nice , also had a pint of Guinness, place could do with a lick of paint but good value for money & would go again
Really nice comfy pub with very friendly and helpful welcoming staff. Nice selection of pub food on offer. The chips and curry sauce pub snack was delicious, and my friend enjoyed the hunters chicken sandwich. Very welcoming to dogs as well.
Cheap food and reasonably priced drinks. Cosy atmosphere. Vegan meal options for adults and children. Careful on a weekend, it can get very busy!
Amazing food, absolutely amazing foodnHonestly if you get a chance to eat here i couldn't recommend enoughnnIt's clean, really friendly staff who are tentative but not overlynPrices are very good for quality and quantity of food and did i mention the food tastes sooooo goodnThe staff where also very good with checking with the kitchen staff for allergy information that wasnt listed on the allergy information they hadnI had the the roast chicken and southern fried chicken skewers with the chips, galic bread and sweet chilli saucenThe chicken was so tender and deliciousnI also shared some of the garlic mushrooms which were really good, the whole meal had me very happy from the first bite
The Little Mester is an nice local pub owned by the Green King group.nLocated in Anston 10mins from M1 J31.nThey serve a variety of ales and lagers and serve your standard pub food served throughout the day.nOnly pub in the area still running a football team, pool table, and Dart board are on site and the beer garden is a good seating area outdoor.nSome of the seating indoors is well worn and could do with a revamp.nNice and clean inside but the blinds were drawn on this visit making it look dark and unwelcoming inside.nStaff were well presented, pleasant and polite.nGames night on Mondays, quiz on Tuesday. Gin cocktails and coffee is also served here.nToilets are modern and fresh looking although on this visit the lighting was dim giving a seedy atmosphere and very unwelcoming smells.nHaving said all the above on the Saturday afternoon visit I was there it was very busy.nA typical family pubnIf this review was informative enough for you give it a thumbs up for ot
