Another average train station. Has its usual delays and services but all is good.

I am absolutely appalled by the service my father received when travelling from Bickley station on Saturday 3 October. My father is 79 years of age and having walked 20 minutes to the station he asked for a rail ticket, travelling to Maidstone East. Having purchased the ticket (not from a machine either) from a person as he was walking away the person told him there weren't any trains. So he went back to the staff member and said "Why did you sell me a ticket when there aren't any trains?" to which they replied "Because you asked for a ticket". My father is a regular traveller from Bickley station as me and my siblings live some distance away. How disrespectful to treat someone like that.
