This dentist is the best been here for long time it's shame they don't do NHS on the weekends but other than that they all friendly nice staff especially Pippa my dentist lady she's lovely
Absolutely awful experience. I had to have a filling in November and I have had nothing but trouble since. When I went back Pippa checked my tooth and I nearly hit the roof when she blew the air onto it because of the pain yet she said that was normal! I have been putting up with the pain until 6 weeks ago when it was unbearable and I had to see emergency dentist elsewhere who prescribed antibiotics and said I needed the tooth removed to prevent further infection as the filling had been put in too deep. I called Bupa who told me that may is the earliest date! I now have an abscess but can't get an appointment. 111 say it is urgent that I see a dentist within 48 hours but the dentist say I have to keep ringing each day until there is an appointment which could take weeks
I came in with my son today who really nervous about having a filling . I can not thank the dentist in treatment room 5 enough . She was amazing with him and told him everything she was going to do . Even counted down to when she would finish each part. When he felt sick they helped him and nothing seemed like too much trouble . My son has special needs and he remained calm. Thankyou for making his experience a better one.
Very efficient service here with in my opinion good Dentists at reasonable prices .For me this Dentists was very good in both service and friendly approach.

For tartar removal I booked an appointment for my husband. When he went there the machine didn't work. They did not do the removal. Did 2 x-rays which he didn't ask for. He didn't understand why had to pay £ 23? He don't get any service for his money. Doctor told him to go to a private dental hygienist. But then why do we pay NI? Who will reimburse us for the price of a private doctor? I don't recommend bupa to anyone. Wasted money and time
I am extremely pleased with my treatment and how sasha and her dental nurse helped me through my procedures. They were great very friendly and comforting job well done to you both. If only all dentists could be like them .
