I am absolutely fuming about my experience, I visited recently and they treated me like rubbish, they shouted at me and i saw them restrain a 10 year old because they were drilling their teeth and the child was in pain. Wouldn't recommend
My personal experience here was horrible, the staff were rude and rough, the only good thing is that I finally got braces after 4 years
My experience really wasn't great, for a start the reception staff were rude and one of the doctors there was extremely rude. Not recommended
Do not come here, I had dental work done recently and I "accidentally got 2 infections" I will say the names of the people who gave me them, Dr Gungading and Dr Saville, I don't recommend.
Sorry for bad english, I go there in April, I get filling 7 days later the filling come out my mouth. I went back and they shout at me and I felt sad. Don't go here
The receptionist here is lovely. She goes out of her way to be extra helpful. The dentists are also great and made my daughter feel at ease. I would recommend them for orthodontics.
What a wonderful team at Trinity Gate. I cannot thank them enough for the kind, efficient and professional way they have dealt with my daughter today. 100% recommend.
