Have used Bews Electrical for appliance repairs for about 30 years and they have always been excellent. This year, a washing machine repair was not cost effective so we purchased a new one from them; they price-matched with John Lewis and delivered/installed it the next day.

Very helpful! I emailed them about my vacuum and instead of having me lug it in (and possibly pay them first), they informed me over email about a scheme by the manufacturer to fix it. This to me is excellent customer service. Thank you!
