First time attending since the place is under new management. The service was quick. The restaurant was clean and tidy and well kept and the table linen beautifully crisp and white. The carvery was hot and fresh and very tasty. The grounda were also very beautiful. I would recommend this place.

A party of twelve of us all enjoyed a Sunday carvery here, the meat was well cooked/moist. There was an excellent range of vegetables including cauliflower and broccoli cheese, everything was hot. We all enjoyed our meals. The cost of the Carvery was very reasonable and included a drink from the bar. Would recommend to all. The Inn recently changed ownership in Dec last year and it was encouraging to hear how enthusiastic the staff were about all the improvements the new owners plan to make to the interior decor of the Inn.

Took the family for a carvery. Disappointed, under £8 so could be said good value. However they run out of different veg and some of us just gave up waiting for it to come from the kitchen as meal was getting cold. Parsnips floating in what looked like grease but think tasted like honey, but they were soggy and pigs in blankets were anaemic. Very little meat which is unusual for a carvery. No plans to return.

Apparently there is new ownership. I went there last Sunday on carvery. I was surprised no tap payment, paid before meal. Found in meal unwanted object, complained and dished up new plate but without gravy at this time (put me off, sorry). Apart of this... yea, enjoyed. Fingers crossed for new boss.

Very friendly, caring staff. Good variety of lovely food. Cosy surroundings. Clean, homely restaurant.
