Lovely hotel. Very pleasant staff. Clean room. Shave the lift was out of order and room was cold mid afternoon. Amazing breakfast big bonus was no tray charge. I would definitely stay here again.

Visited Reeds Health and Spa, lovely staff, Jacuzzi was brill, sauna perfect, wet room excellent, lunch was lovely. Massage was very relaxing. Can't fault it for a chilled day at a spa. Thanks all. =]

Lovely hotel and lovely staff. The hotel has a large free carpark and is easy to find. The leisure facilities are lovely, I especially like the polar bear which provides the ice before the sauna! The food is lovely and you get a lot for your money. The rooms are clean and welcoming. They have lovely toiletries and ample tea and coffee in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed the stay, the hotel is elegant and modern, The evening meal and the breakfast were lovely. The bedroom was a little small and a little outdated but would definitely return

This hotel needs a makeover big time! Broken elevator, worn out carpet, broken fixtures. Unimpressed with the front desk staff who were unable to even help us figure out how to make a local call.
