I always used Efes kebab in Canterbury because the lady on the phone is so good and they do halloumi cheese on the lamb shis skewer which I liked. but last time the meat was so gristley that I had to complain. Rachel wasn’t working but the manager was so rude , he basically told me to F off!! So I’m finished with them

Order two pizzas that were late by 30 minutes after taking an 1 hour to order. Had to call to see if they had made them. After finally receiving the pizza it was cold. So I called the company, the person on the phone told me to reheat it in the microwave, and I stated this was unacceptable so wanted a refund. After promising me half price on the next order (which means paying this company more for an unproven service) I asked for his name. He hesitated and swore at me saying to "f*** off" as he was busy. They refused to provide a refund or redeliver the pizzas as they had to have the whole thing untouched. this was after 15 minutes which was enough time to reheat it in the microwave like they said so. Therefore they refused to redeliver or provide a refund. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS TERRIBLE RESTAURANT THEY CANNOT DELIVER ONTIME, SERVE COLD FOOD AND SWEAR AT THEIR CUSTOMERS
