Incredibly rude staff. What a relief to see that I’m not the only one who has had an awful experience with them. They do not deserve to have the CollectPlus service! They hate the fact that I collect my parcels without buying anything, making comments and asking “when am I gonna buy something”. Also the parcels are all exposed and insecure. And now, to top it all up, I had a terrible experience with them and my last. Apparently “they couldn’t find my parcel”, so I had to go back the next day. I asked for a number to call and they gave me one that didn’t even work. When I returned the next day, from the get go the man wasn’t happy with me. He didn’t apologise for what happened the day before, he just asked to see the bar code. So he took my phone and after scanning it he threw it on the counter. He also threw the parcel on the counter..... And that’s when I said how unhappy I was for how I’ve been treated. What did I do?! The last thing he said to me was “when you buy something again, don’t choose us. If I see your name, I’ll return it.” This shop cannot be getting away with this behaviour. Unreal, so so rude.
Everyone really rude. Staff make you feel really uncomfortable when you're walking around. They make you feel like you're the one in the wrong buying something from their shop. Avoid!
Used to go here often thought they were nice guys. Before one told me to start using another shop beacuse there was no room for my wheelchair. Asked me if I couldn't just walk round.
The man is very rude due to not being able to find my parcel. Told me to look for it myself. Then after waiting another 3 days to collect parcel he then told me not to send my parcels or go bk in his shop again. As he doesn't get paid for parcels. His choice to provide this service.
One of my local stores and I go here almost every day. The prices are very reasonable and the two men who run this shop are very nice. I would highly recommend this place.
