I booked my cruise with Now Let’s Travel Newcastle, the staff were amazing recapped all the information and give full details of the itinerary. I would highly recommend the store to friends

We don't book anywhere else! They meet my physical disability needs and the needs of out large family including my 4 year old son who has non-verbal autism and requires 1-1 support on the airline at all times. We've went through them 3 times and about to again this year. Nothing is too much hassle and we are always well looked after.

Booked my complex booking to Thailand got such a good deal even got a stop over in Dubai. Recommended to all family and friends excellent Happy friendly store

Amazing and friendly staff my booking was made in 5 minutes, will definitely be back to book more and told all my friends and family about them too.

This has been a joke The cruise had to be cancelled as the ship is not what they said it would be I have lost £400 trading standards and Citizens advice Have said this was wrong I have been told I will get a refund in five days for the rest of my money now been told it will take longer than that because they have not got the money Braehead travel have it because I did it online I would never book this company again it’s a the joke and I would certainly not recommend them I would also not trust anything Royal Caribbean says as they promised the ship was updated and refurbished and this has not happened but refuse to give a refund so we have lost £400 deposit
