I feel for anyone trying to offer this kind of service in a town where half the local council seem keen to encourage visitors and the other half seem hell-bent on ensuring they leave and never return.
But, happily, this only enhances my opinion of the pleasant eternally-helpful staff in this facility.
The service is worth 5 stars, but the current location is surely a joke.

Reasonable amount of information but is hidden in the library way down a back street, not particularly helpful as a tourist
