Sarah at northwich retail park was INCREDIBLE the store wouldn't be the same without people like Sarah on hand to guide. She made our stressful search for the right mattress so easy and we really wasn't expecting to come away from there that day with a mattress but we did. We ended up going for the air6 by bensons. Thanks Sarah
I went in with a lady who I look after. The lady has learning difficulties so sometimes can be overwhelmed. The staff were amazing. We had her bed picked out and she was laughing and joking. We had a brilliant morning all thanks to the lovely staff. Buying the bed was easy and we had all the information needed.
Has to be the worst bed I have ever had! The advice given on two occasions was very poor and didn’t have a clue. Cost me double the amounts changing twice. They also sold me insurance I did not ask for or want just added it to the bill. When queried on the phone to the customer services. Said there was nothing they could do unless the store agreed they miss sold it! All round bad experience.
Absolute shocking company. Been lied to and had a poor service. Was hounded into buying a mattress for a small fortune. The second we signed up for it the staff immediately became rude and wouldn’t contact us back. I complained after waiting for a month for the delivery. They assured me the dates wouldn’t change. It’s now two days before delivery and they put it back 2 weeks. Then put it back another few days without a reason. They seem to lie about every junction. I spent hours on the phone again. Asked to speak to managers and they just ignored it and said just go through the process. Been lied to a number of times regarding call backs. Probably the poorest experience. They wouldn’t even let me cancel the order as they were giving me conflicting information! Avoid at all costs!!!!
Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable. I never felt under pressure.
Brandon was very professional & very helpful. He was very informed about Benson products. Made our selection of bed extremely easy.

The assistant manager I forget his name but he was really helpful and not your typical sales guy pushing things on you he was just giving us the information so we could make a informed decision
Both were friendly and polite and removed their shoes upon entry and before carrying the bed upstairs
The assistant was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble, made us feel like a valued customer
