We do not have huge overheads unlike many of our competitors, so our profit margins are not huge. We offer free local delivery service around the Northwich area. All our suppliers our NBF national bed federation approved. We have over 35 years wealth of experience within the furniture industry. We do not believe in high pressure selling. A great experience at Comfort World Bed & Mattress Shop! Matt was very attentive when we visited the showroom to look for a new mattress and put us at ease. Delivery and collection of the old mattress was prompt and reasonably priced too. I would whole heartedly recommend Matt as your go-to local company for your bed and mattress needs. A much more personal and affordable service than your bigger national retailers, highly recommended!
Amazing experience with Matt! We were in need of a new bed, went to see him on the off chance, he was so caring and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and he got us sorted in a fantastic manner. He sorted us out with a great deal and organised the delivery. When the lads came to deliver the bed they were brilliant, very thoughtful and clearly trustworthy. They took time to set everything up and make sure we were happy with it all and took away all the rubbish if only they'd offered to make it for us too it would have been a 20 out of 10! Genuinely cannot recommend these guys enough... we will never go elsewhere again!
with the good reviews by so many we decided to shop here and it was the best experience, Matt and his wife helped us find the right bed and mattress at the right price that was in our budget and that met our requirements for comfort, our bed was delivered so fast and efficiently and the delivery men did such a great job especially when it was a hot day. We love the bed its amazing so thank you we definitely recommend this company!
Excellent service from my visit to see the products and very competitive prices. Delivery and assembly was good and more to the point I had my best night’s sleep in five years due to the very comfortable orthopaedic mattress which I purchased after excellent advice in the shop. I am so delighted that I have just placed a new order for a king size mattress today. Having tried other establishments I fully recommend this one to be of excellent service and value for money THANK YOU
We have just had our bed delivered from Comfort Beds and couldn’t be happier! From entering the shop Matt was so helpful in guiding us to what we needed and he was so right. We love our new bed and promise to return soon for the next bed. Wonderful old school Customer Service from start to finish. No pushy sales and nothing to much trouble. Thank you, Matt.
Went to Comfort World after reading all the reviews. Great prices and excellent helpful service from Matt. I ordered 2 beds which were deliverered at the time arranged, beds were even assembled and packaging taken away. Cannot fault at all, Excellent!
So happy with our new king-size bed. Good old fashioned customer service which seems to be in decline these days. We were served by Matt who was so helpful and knowledge. Nothing was to much trouble and the delivery of the bed was in a matter of weeks, unlike Bensons where you wait upto 3 months. Free delivery and the lads even put the divan together.
Excellent service and Matt was very helpful and knowlagable about all the products he sells. Beds were perfect on arrival, would definately recommend this shop.
Matt and Jen are very welcoming . I immediately felt at ease on entering the shop. We chose a 5ft pocket sprung mattress after being left alone to lie on it for as long as we needed. Excellent follow up communication and delivered in person by Matt and his assistant John.
Bought an amazing bed from here 2 weeks ago along with a new mattress. Never been so comfortable in bed. Great staff and a pleasure to purchase from. Well done Matt, you are a star.
