Really glad I Went to Bennett's Fish and Chips in Weymouth I ordered chicken Nuggets and chips . The chips were very tasty and full of colour. The nuggets seem to have a thick layer of batter to them and are delightful. The staff seem very friendly. If you plan to get a table, There is limited seating inside and more outside but during lunch time it gets very Popular and seating fills up quickly. Overall I am really impressed with the quality of the food that I received. If your in the mood for fish and chips or what not. Definitely try out Bennett's Fish and chips.
I searched for a local highly rated chip shop and ended up here. Pricey but everything is at the moment. These were only medium fish as the large were huge and too big for us. All very tasty, chips spot on, fish good and curry lovely. The shells for the tartar sauce were a nice touch. Would definitely return.
Lovely chip shop right opposite the harbour. I had the small cod and chips for £6.10 which was plenty for me. Husband had medium cod and Medium chips, good size portion and cost about £9, which is what I'd expect to pay by the coast. Nice tasty fish, crispy batter and nice chips. Really friendly staff. Drinks a bit pricey £1.40 a can.
Really nice fish and chips with the added bonus of being able to eat in with a beer if its a bit to cold or raining to go sit by the harbour and watch the world go by. Eaten here a few times now and never had a bad meal, keep up the good work guysFood: 5/5
Fish is fresh, tasty batter and perfectly cooked chips. The scampi was so good as well. They got a very massive portion of fish. A must try Traditional fish and chips in Weymouth.
Very good fish and chip, you can really tell the fishes are so fresh. Make sure you choose the small portion or share with others as even the medium one is so big and I could not finish by myself.
Probably the best fish & chips I have had for years. Eating inside was a pleasure, we had fab service from friendly staff. Definitely a little gem!Food: 5/5

Good fish and chips but was expecting a lot more, would rate 3.5 stars if i could. Some of the chips were a bit underdone and the batter on the cod, had lost a lot of it's crisp by the time I got back to our AirBnB, which is only a 2-3 minute walk.
Fish and chips were lovely, portion sizes same as anywhere. However, if you have as a takeaway be prepared to eat with your hands - the wooden forks are useless, for the price you would think they would be plastic not great for the environment but at least suitable to eat with, also the price of a portion of sauce was phenomenal so be prepared! 50p for a small sachet, ended up paying £2.50 for a 250ml bottle of sauce from them so advised to take your own sauce and cutlery. I won't be back as there are places just as good and a little less pricey, shame they couldn't put a little less cost into the fancy boxes and hand a customer a sachet of sauce to compliment what was a nice fish and chips.
