Accused of lying for reporting noise and also damaging property... ‘Why didn’t you report it sooner’... because it has got to the point it’s now consistent and ridiculous noise. ‘We have photos of you damaging property’... Yes you do.. it was me trying to gain access to the fire alarm control panel to switch it off as their was no system in place to turn off the alarm behind a locked door which was a direct health and safety risk. Which I had spoken to the ACTUAL owner of the building about and he understood the need. And then had the audacity to whinge about a one star review on Facebook.. well here’s another! Next time I’ll be going straight to noise pollution and we’ll see about who’s lying.
Although they definitely have some problems with organisation, don’t let the bad reviews turn you away. If you are looking for something a bit different from hotels then this may be perfect for you. Very clean apartments as well as having a modern finish & certainly a good location around 15 minutes into city centre. Please bare in mind that you have to reserve parking before we missed out on that.
It was a traumatic experience. They have a problem with their drains. They blamed it on us, swore at us in front of our child, accused us of lying and then started putting false charges on our credit card. Please be aware that they will blame guests for their poor infrastructure.Rooms: 1/5
Absoulty shocking cutomer service. I made a complaint about the noise and i was deemed to be in the wrong just because they wont invest in the security staff to deal with drunk rowdy individuals. Dont stay here if you want a good night sleep.
Good apartments and ideally located for a commute into Leeds
