Long, unjustifiable waiting time to get a prescription. Poor customer skills and rude members of staff responsible for the prescription section. Better choose another pharmacy in the area.

Great chemist they nearly have everything you need . The girls there are amazingly helpful & polite great customer service each and every time

Needs more tills and an extra computer for staff. need to organise the checkout layout better as it's a small area where the till and prescription collection is and sometimes it's not pleasant standing next to a smelly individual. Staff are efficient and lovely.

Everyone at Benjamin’s are  nice and helpful, specially the pharmacist that took time to explain things to me, non judgmental and very caring.

Old fashioned and no clear management of the shop. Staff appear stressed or totally unaware of customers and their needs. What should be a quick collection turns in to an epic farce
