Ordered food, took 1h 30min to arrive and it was wrong, asked for a chicken burger with the salad on the side it arrived with salad on burger, pizza could of got a better frozen 1 from the shops and when I phoned up to complain they said I told them to put salad on burger, I've asked them to come and pick my order up and want a refund and was told it would be picked up in 30 min. Won't be going back to this place and will be telling my friends to avoid. Prices are a bit steep to. Update it's been over 1h since I complained about food and asking them to collect food and refund me for my purchase, 3 phone calls and keep getting told the same thing, customer service is defiantly not there strong point. They will probably not even read this or even reply

Best fish and chips i have had in a long time, bbq chicken kebab was gorgeous too. Absolutely brilliant chip shop. Food is always hot and well worth the wait. Good job Bene's x

Great chippie! Food is always good and cooked fresh to order. Everything from pizza and kebabs to traditional chip shop fare. Staff are lovely. Best chips for miles around.
