Ben Nevis Inn

Really good experience. The atmosphere was communal thanks to the bench style dining in the centre of the area and it was all in all rustic. The food was great too with a good selection of local brews to compliment. Would recommend to anyone in the area . I had the venison sausages with black pudding and horseradish mash. Although a little on the heavy side the flavours all fell together and worked really well. Reasonable pricing too!

Oh my goodness, the best food we had in Scotland. No wonder it was so busy! Take cash as they don't charge for service and the staff were brilliant - very attentive and friendly, even with it being so busy with customers. I wish I could have left a decent tip. The perfect post-hike stop, truly delicious food - nowhere else we went did food worthy of the highish prices found everywhere. Great cider and exceptional desserts too. I LOVE the ski chalet vibes. Food & drinks: Exceptionally delicious and worthy of price. Good portions. Parking: Car park available Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp access, but booking recommended for all. Dietary restrictions: Vegan options vegan haggis for example and good selection of foods without too many options.

Absolutely amazing place! Food is the best we've had from anywhere in a long long time! We've not been to a restaurant where we look at what is coming out and think we need to come back time and time again to try it all : 99% clean plates going back to the kitchen as well speaks volumes for how delicious it is and the portions are generous too: Added bonus was the folk session that was happening that night too with some amazing live music. We finished eating around 9pm and stayed until 11pm when the musicians finished up.

We would definitely stay away ! We actually can't wait to return and really hoping to try make it there later in the year if we can. The location was amazing for completing Ben Nevis. It had amazing views. The rooms were great, very clean and everything you needed ! Wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you so much !

By far one of my favourite places to eat around Fort William. The food is fantastic & service is great too. You can't beat the location at the foot of Ben Nevis! Sadly I live very far away so can't go regularly, but if I lived close I certainly would be there often.

Beautiful venue, lovely food! Its in a great location for a cold beer and something to eat after a walk up or around Ben Nevis. We liked it that much that we went back for our evening meal - not in hiking clothes the second time Food: 5/5

Perfect, cosy refuge from the weather should you need one at the foot of the mountain. I didn't eat on this occasion, so can't rate the food, but the beer was excellent and the place was full of evidently happy customers of different ages.

Another great meal at the Inn. Nothing's changed in the last ten + years since we first came here and that's a Good Thing. Good lovely, great beers and the staff as cheerful and friendly as they've been every time we've visited. Never disappoints; we'll be back again one day.

The front stuff very welcome, the waiters well know what they doing and very plesent. The food can't recommended enough. Was delicious and portion are huge . Definitely getting back here again !!! Vegetarian options: you have options to choose Parking: free car park

I was very impressed with the location as well as the service. The food was amazing! The cinnamon and white chocolate bread and butter pudding was Starters and mains were equally scrummy. Highly recommend Food: 5/5
