Bought a property from Belvoir with tenants in situ. Helpful throughout until I told them I am not using them for the letting. Then stopped answering, demanded money from me (which my solicitor advised me not to pay as they are trying to take advantage) and Karen was very abrupt and rude when told this. Using a letting agent that do more and charge less now. Would not use Belvoir again!

Many thanks to Julie and Karen at belvoir sheerness, I recently took tenancy of a lovely bungalow in Minster after being shown around by Julie. I had very specific requirements and a tight deadline due to house sale and needs of my son. I can honestly say nothing was to much trouble and it was a pleasure to have Julie and the team on hand to ensure she found the right property and dedicated to make sure everything was kept to schedule. I've recently moved into a house through Belvoir swale. On viewing this house I feel in love with it instantly but I also enquired to measure up. I asked if there was pipe work so I could use a dishwasher and apparently there was I also told another space would fit a standard size fridge but it doesn't. I've also had one of the radiators not heat up at all and I have phoned most days for 2 weeks regarding this and nothing has happened. Before moving in I was told if there is problems they get an engineer to fix straight away, but so far nothing. This has been the only problem I have had otherwise everything else has been perfect.

We have used Belvoir Rochester for the last 10+ years and have been extremely happy with the service provided to us as both vendors and landlords by Peter, Karen and staff - we have always had great tenants and never any issues with our properties which we have fully managed by Rochester ... We are now looking to buy in Sheerness and have been dealing with Karen and the team at Swale branch .... It is great to see them transforming Belvoir Swale and know that they will ensure that the team at Swale provide the same fantastic level of service we already reveive from the Rochester team.....We would never use anyone else to buy from or manage our portfolio of properties and are looking forward to expanding onto the Island with their great help and advice....
