Sold my caravan through these fella's,got bang on my asking price. They was upfront regarding all costs involved so i knew exactly what to expect.also i was told it would be sold in march but it wasnt sold till first week in april...LIBERTY...LOL.....would definately use again if i needed to.....thanx fella's

Please people don’t use these to sell your holiday home they will rip you off they never get you near your asking price all they care about is getting there £500 plus v.a.t  Commission.like I refused a sale price of £5000 as they added ground rent in with my sale  without my say so I then get a call back saying £5100 so I agreed went down to drop of my lease told to sign here waited over a week for my money had to chase them up then when I get a break down £100 missing they tried saying sale was agreed at£5000 not £5100 and there nothing I can do now as sale as been done it’s only £100  but it’s the principle all they care about is getting a sale for there cut people please  advertise yourself don’t use these rip off People also if you  advertise  through these then sell yourself they still want there fee they conning you stay clear
