I thoroughly enjoyed my Belleek experience. The tour was informative and brought alive the story behind the beautiful products. All staff were welcoming and the craftspeople happy to share their work. I was very impressed by the work space and the showroom a feast for the eyes.

Went to buy crockery, found plates that suited as well as some fine mugs. Tea rooms did not disappoint.

Did not take the tour.

As it was off-season, the were some tourists, but it was not heaving. Might be less pleasant with five coachloads of Americans bumbling about.

Do the tour! It's incredible and you appreciate the pottery better. Great cafe with wonderful food! Don't forget to get an exclusive price only sold at the factory.

Every piece hand painted. Perfection or destruction. No piece is flawed or mass produced.

Great tour and very personal. Staff interact with you. Even enjoyed the shop and noted if one ever one wanted to purchase has gift.
