The staff were friendly; the restaurant was very clean; and the atmosphere was very good. However, it took a long time to get our main course, unfortunately.
The food here is not wow. Pizza had hardly any cheese and pasta was bland. Make sure you book a table if you really want to visit as it can get really busy. Staff and polite and friendly. The location is good but parking can be a issue at peak times. The building need to be refurbished.
Delicious food as always and food portions. We had a code for pasta and pizza options at £5 and the portions are still the same as if we paid full price!
Staff was really plesant. Redtraunt clean and tidy and food was gorgeous also 40% of mains with voucher on voucher cloud!

The food is amazing,kind staff,hygiene rated 5/5. Would recommend although tables crowded with unnecessary decorations such as candles in empty wine bottles. Varied children's menus. Water too expensive £4+ Staff don't speak Italian although Polite and attempt to speak the language.
Gamberoni, Lenticchie both with spiralised veg. low calories and delicious.
Spur of the moment visit and even though it was explained they were short staffed, we really didn't have too long a wait. Freshly cooked classic pizza arrived. Very flavoursome and filling. Staff were friendly and polite and were working their butts off to meet demand. Would recommend.
Please note, we were totally unaware of the restaurants situation at the time of booking, nor were we informed on arrival and as such, we simply went expecting a nice evening to celebrate our anniversary. Due to a severe lack of kitchen staff, the place was struggling hard even when the restaurant wasn't that busy. It took around 5 minutes to be seated which was fine, we were then left around 10 minutes to choose drinks and food... totally fine. Drinks arrived shortly after ordering and the starters took around 15 minutes and were enjoyable. Things went down hill from here. We waited for an hour for our meals to be served from the time of ordering and during that time, nobody had come to ask how everything was or cleared our table. We was sent wrong order at first which was quickly rectified however, my wife's chicken was undercooked so she returned it and was put off of getting anything else. We are really disappointed as we were looking forward to trying Bella Italia out for the 1st time. I felt really sorry for the staff as the managers were not even present and left it to the small amount of runners and bar staff to apologise for the mess the place was in. Me and my wife were celebrating 9 years of been together and I feel that the evening was ruined by this poor performance. Bella Italia management, you are a big chain, without going into detail, you had notice of most of the staff shortages, you should have contacted head office and got them to send staff from other locations and at very least, had the decency to show your face and explained the situation to customers upon reservation / entry so they could choose to go somewhere else.
