We visited for lunch on a Friday, was empty when we got there so got service straight away. I have a peanut allergy and this was taken very seriously, menu through the phone could be filtered to remove anything with certain allergens. Food arrived quickly and the best mozzarella sticks I've ever had. Mains didn't look like large portions but then realised the bowl was quite deep so was a good portion. Only let down was we didn't order any garlic bread ;-
Went there for Saturday lunch. Very popular and fairly crowded. The staff were very helpful and working hard to serve customers in good time. The food was gorgeous. We loved the taste and they were served in a timely manner, considering there were so many customers during the lunch time. We'll definitely go back again.
Absolutely amazing customer service from Sukaina today. Completely went above and beyond for us to accommodate us with our baby and my gluten allergy. Very kindly went and found us something we could feel the baby which I was absolutely blown away by. A Credit to the team at this restaurant. Thank you Dietary restrictions: Fantastic options and accommodating for a gluten allergy Kid-friendliness: Very kindly asked if there was anything she could offer my 6 months old baby and went out of her way to find a banana so I could feed the baby.
Everything was great from start to finish although the restaurant was very busy. Our server Yiannis was really helpful, quick, and super friendly. We would recommend a great value meal and service at this specific restaurant. We are never disappointed here.Food: 5/5

The visit to Bella Italia was terrible..... the first table was totally sticky, asked for another one, which wasn't any better. The whole floor was littered with leftovers, nobody cared! My pizza was the worst thing I've ever eaten. The dough was completely limp, as if it had been microwaved. The burger and the bun were totally dry and hard. The parmesan cheese for grating was deposited next to the till, very bad and completely unprofessional. Five red wines were on the drinks list, three of which were not available, nor was the house favourite, what's the point! Never again in the restaurant......!
Great Vibes and Service, but Food Falls Short I recently visited Bella Italia, drawn in by its lively atmosphere. The ambiance did not disappoint—it's a charming spot. The service was excellent from start to finish, thanks to our waiter Dylan. The staff were friendly, attentive, and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring we had a great experience. Our server was knowledgeable and quick to accommodate any requests we had. Overall, Bella Italia is a good place if you're looking for a spot with a nice atmosphere and excellent service. However, if food is your main priority, you might find it a bit underwhelming.
Whilst visiting Salford Quays, we decided to have our lunch at Bella Italia. Upon entering, the staff were very welcoming. We were directed to a nice table. The eatery wasn't very busy when we entered ,but it soon filled. Our orders were taken promptly. However, there was a pretty long wait for our food to come out, I'd say around 40 minutes. The waiter did tell us it was delayed, though. The food was good, and the decent portion size was good. I'd not say i was blown away with my dish of Gamberon. However, I ate it all as did my dining partner. Overall, we enjoyed our meals and prices are reasonable. If you're at the Quays, definitely pop in.
After heading straight there before the lunchtime rush we were disappointed to hear there were no walk-in tables available but well aware we should've booked we tried elsewhere with no joy. On our way back around we popped in on the off chance that there had been a cancellation and staff happily squeezed us in. So grateful to the brilliant staff who were clearly juggling kitchen issues and still doing a fantastic job! We were well attended to by smiley happy staff, dancing as they worked! Thanks again for helping us out of our lunchtime pickle.
