Booked online for Sunday lunch and have to say we were totally blown away. Service exceptional by all staff, Sunday menu great as I'm a vegetarian and the nut roast was perfect and home cooked. Full variety of veg served together. When we left, the pub was full of atmosphereFood: 5/5
Lovely place on a small village, the decoration and the fire were so cosy and nice. We arrived first time on Saturday night and were expecting to have some food but unfortunately the place was totally full as they were having a party, but still we got offered pizzas which are wood fire made. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and attentive. We had some drinks and then returned on the day after for lunch as we were quite curious about the food. Once again we were very welcomed and been given a table on the back, the food was amazing and we ordered the merlot house wine which was very good as well. As it was Sunday they were only doing roasts so we’ve ordered the Pork Leg with Crackling and the Nut Roast which was amazing this is definitely a must have, the sides were made to perfection as well too, everything was delicious and big portions. The dessert was alright but quite small portion to the price. The gravy was the best I ever had in my life, it was clearly homemade. The place is beautiful and it is definitely worth to visit.

Very friendly staff, our orders were taken quickly and or meals were also delivered quickly. The food was very well cooked with generous portions. Great experience from start to finish, highly recommended.

Stayed 5.11.2022. Very disappointed with our accommodation. The room was very cold, an engineer attended and bled the radiator, radiator “warmed” slightly for about 1/2 hour. Following morning very cold. We attended a party which was very good and the food was good. The room for the money was not good at all.
Wonderful welcome and friendly atmosphere in a great setting. Fabulous food, hearty portions, tasty, good quality along with a great service. Kid-friendliness: Childre Parking: Parking in pub car park, plenty of roadside parking. Dietary restrictions: None required but asked if we had any dietary needs.

The Bell Broadway was the place we chose to have our wedding blessing. It took nearly 2yrs to get it our blessing thanks to covid!! They went above and beyond catering for our wishes. The place looked lovely the Buffet was outstanding. The staff were really friendly and bent over backwards for us. If you want a party then this is the place to go! Thank you very much you made our day a really special one
Wow. Amazing! Sunday lunch. You should eat here!! I was slightly dubious of the glowing reviews. They turned out to be right. SO MUCH DELICIOUS FOOD. The best roast I’ve found in Somerset. Portions were epic - but at £16 each I’d have hoped for a good amount. We weren’t disappointed. Loads of meat we had one of each - all were generous, nut roast was big, too. Kids portions were massive. Roast potatoes were crispy, soft inside and not at all greasy. As we were 6 people, they gave us veg and cauliflower cheese in HUGE bowls - more than enough for all of us. Carrots weren’t overcooked - nice and crunchy, as was the cabbage. Cauli-cheese was delicious. Red cabbage was lovely, too. Highly recommend you visit - except when we next go back cos we’d be gutted to miss out!!
