A bit old but a decent bus station. This is the primary bus station and interchange serving Belfast. There was a short waiting before we were able to board. Staff are friendly and theres a huge timetable monitor to track travel schedules.
Decent Bus station with friendly information and ticketing staff. Information is clearly displayed on a giant departure board and platform numbers are clearly marked. Pretty clean and seating, though not enough when it's really busy. The station is right next to a shopping centre, so even you you come too early for the bus, there's something to do.
Decent for transport, but can occasionally have serious delays - i have encountered the ticket area swarming with a queue that almost goes onto glengall street, and have missed my bus on both occasions due to the queue. Worse, when I got to the terminal, there was only one person at the stall, put of the 4 windows to get tickets from. tl;dr, a necessary nuisance of a bus station.
Have used this station now for 4 consecutive weekends and have had reason to use their toilet each time. For the last 4 weeks now the smell of stale urine in the gents would knock you down.. This weekend I had to cover my nose while havi g a wee. Apart from them being old and grubby this smell is the result of not being cleaned properly. Translink get your act together, this is the main station in n Belfast and used by many foreign travellers. What message are you sending out, that we in Northern Ireland are filthy and don't give a damm and if they are smelly it will do the people rightly. Pay for cleaners and most importantly a boss should be checking them when a cleaner has supposed to do his or her job. Absolute disgrace for a bus and train station.
Bus Centre is behind the building.Walk along the Europa Hotel, you can see the entry of the bus center. We took the bus from here to Dublin airport.
Timely schedule and the station was clean and restroom partially clean. The Europa Bus Centre is the main bus centre in Belfast.
Extremely rude staff member refused to refund me £13 for a bus ticket I shouldn't have been charged for despite me having proof that I was in the right. Desk worker was very unprofessional, arrogant and spoke in a condescending way to me.
Timetable up to date, busses on time and quite comfortable could have done with a bit more heat ...excellent drivers
This is Belfast's main bus station. You can get anywhere in Northern Ireland, as well as in Dublin.
You'd think the drivers are being personally attacked when paying for a ticket on the bus. Ran late that I didn't have time for the ticket office as the bus was about to leave and the attitude from the driver was disgusting. Grabbed his phone in a huff just bc I said I'd pay for the two tickets at once and he had to get his calculator to work out the price. Made a point to tell me twice I should of went in for a ticket first. This is just bus drivers for translink in a whole. No manners. Translink would need to get this sorted as its not the first bad experience, and doubtfully the last
