I just want to leave my review about the inhumane behavior of the driver of bus 238 from Banbridge to Belfast, at 3:42 pm on Sunday, July 7th. She was a woman of approximately 60 years old. I am a tourist who arrived loaded with things and walked 30 minutes from the Game of Thrones shuttle stop to here. At the same station, but outside the platform, that is, on the corner where the Northern Ireland flag is, I raised my hand to please be able to get on. She refused. She showed no hint of pity or humanity. I did not complain; I respected it, but I do not agree at all. Now I have to wait another hour for the next bus.

Great customer service and very friendly staff. The ticket machine doesn't work yet FYI.

This is a good example of a bus station. Local Ulsterbus services connect the nearest towns very regularly and there are frequent Goldline Express coaches to Belfast, Sprucefield, Newry, and Dublin.nnIt is worth noting that the bus stands are out in the open there is a small waiting room with a ticket and information office. Also, there are free public toilets a short 30 second walk away, but none in the station.

Small station. Ticket office doesn't operate all day every day. So you will need to use timetables or your phone to check times and purchase online if you don't have cash with you. Dublin services don't run in and out of the station either but up the street at the shelter before the roundabout.
