Very quiet when we had lunch there Saturday, clean, spacious. Food is delicious. Refill drinks available, ££ pricey but it's worth it. Special thanks to our server Georgian. She's very polite and friendly. Made us feel welcome.
The place is dead, service is terrible as only one server. Didn't get my Onion rings that was meant to come with steak . The atmosphere was like being in a funeral parlour. But food tastes nice, very bad service horrible atmosphere .Food: 4/5
Been going here for over 20 years with family, friends and even alone. Always lovely food and great service. I like the seasonal menus and trying different things. Great value and even better that it's local.Food: 5/5

Lovely little pub/restaurant to relax in when staying in the attached Premier Inn. The breakfast provided was nothing special, but equally it wasn't awful either. When I was there, the staff were very friendly. It wasn't busy, so they were more than happy to let my toddler roam and explore. On day 2 the staff all remembered us and offered the same table as the previous day and also remembered my drinks order, which was a nice touch.
It's pub grub. But it's ok. However, the staff here are magnificent. Gave me and my husband loads of info about Camden and places to eat there. The manager was everywhere making sure that there were no queues. The bar was also hosting an event in one of the function rooms and she was sourcing extra heaters because there were a number of older guests there. They are a too team

Food was absolutely awful - looked & tasted like food i had left in the microwave to eat later!. The staff member serving us was rude, tried to give benefit of doubt but theire was definitely an underlying issue to her rudeness and showed preferential treatment to other customers - laughing & joking with them, however, with us we had attitude and disapproving facial expressions attitude from the minute we came in. There are much better places to eat & I shall go there in the future.
Worst experience ever.... no staff to greet upon arrival or to seat us. We did see a server rushing from the table to the kitchen but she was moving so fast and just ignored us. After a confusing arrival, we went to the bar where, the queue was moving very slowly-only one person serving. When we finally got to the front of the queue, there was no apology about the wait. I understand things happen and maybe they were understaffed but print a sign or something to say sorry for the inconvenience and direct your customers to make them aware of what is going on. Finally when we did get served, they were out of stock of one of the starters we wanted. We gave up after this. Very disappointed we had a 40 percent off voucher to use but due to this horrible and underwhelming experience we didn't bother. To make matters worse we also got stuck in the carpark, on the way out even though we had validated our reg on the machine. I pressed the buzzer twice for assistance no one answered. Eventually just before I sought assistance from the restaurant a kind random passer by helped with a code and let us out!
The meals are basically a child's portion and at almost £14.00 for the smothered chicken it is not good value for money. The he lager was OK. But the young barman was very helpful and polite and he is the reason I gave three stars instead of two Kid-friendliness: To many kids for my liking. Please don't just leave your kid's to run around annoying people that are eating Wheelchair accessibility: It has a lift up to the bar
