I think the problem here is the size. The restaurant is too big and they cannot rotate enough tables to keep up with the BBQ. You sometimes get the steaks well done, and if you like it rare, you will get it almost raw as they will need to start a new joint just for you. The buffet is ok, with typical Brazilian dishes and usually everything is fresh and good. I just don't think the meat is up to Brazilian standards of BBQ.
The variety of the buffet is poor and the meat takes long to come to your table serioysly, I have never been to a barbecue so slow. The food is good and the staff is friendly but for only 5 pounds more you can get a wayyy better experience at Touro Brazilian Steakhouse which is only 15 minutes away.
We have been here a few times now and the food is great with a wonderful, high quality buffet selection and great roasted meats too. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is always a nice atmosphere with good drinks too.
Went with a friend as treat. Had to ring ahead and change reservation time twice. Oliver couldn't have been more helpful!. The restaurant was very clean and staff were very friendly. The choice of meat and sides were tasty. Oliver and the team were very friendly. I would go back! Thanks Oliver!
Very nice meats, and nice waiters, not sure why it didn't have more customers on a sat night. At other Brazilian steak places we get asked what meat we liked so that they would make sure they bring more of it, this is something these guys could introduce.
Was here for a Christmas do. The food was very good. The only thing was they need to come round with more choice of meat we just had the one man coming back with the same meat offer. We did ask for more options that took a long time to come.
Fantastic customer service with a lovely all you can eat buffet serving mouthwatering cuts of meat straight off the BBQ. What else can one ask for? Maybe an ice cold beer, which they also happen to serve!
Greatly enjoyed the restaurant even before tasting the amazing food due to friendly welcoming service from all staff. The meat selection was vast and delectable!
I really felt in a Brazilian Rodízio, but the price is higher than the other places in london which includes more options of meats for less money.
Really good quality Brazil style eat as much as you like steakhouse - loads of space and excellent hygiene standards
