Taylors Mobility & Chair Specialists

To cut a long story short, on a visit to M&S in Doncaster the basket from my mother-in-law's mobility scooter was stolen and finding a replacement has been an on-going challenge. All the companies we had so far contacted informed us that they could possibly get one but it would have to be ordered at a cost of anything between £20 & £40 with an estimated delivery date of around 5 weeks. My wife and I called in to this branch of the Barnsley Chair and Mobility Centre just on the off chance that they may be able to assist us. The gentleman in the shop could not have been more helpful and even gave us a basket to try free charge. The basket fits and I'll make sure it's more secure than the original one was. In this day and age customer service such as this this is so very rare. We cannot express our gratitude enough and will certainly refer others to this company.

hi i was looking for a scooter for my grandma as you can imagine she is very stubborn and she wanted what she wanted ha we eventually came across taylors mobility where i was looking with her we went through to the shop and they was very helpful and we walked away with a scooter to my relief! thank you very much for your help would highly recommend to anyone
