I visited this supplier in Marston Road to enquire about wooden decking, and found them very helpful, providing advice about what I might need and prices for the different options. I went back to order what I wanted, and it was delivered promptly, all in good condition.
Great, friendly service. Lots of trade people there, which is a good sign. They are helpful and friendly to people like me who don't really know what to ask for. Timber yards, building merchants etc can be intimidating to those not in the know, but the young lad on the counter was polite, explained things and helped me to understand what to look for. I will be back.
I would stay clear away from this so called business. They made me feel like an outcast and were even unable or unwilling to to tell me what type of hardwood timber that they had in stock. You would be better off going to B& Q, Jewsons, or Ridgeons and get much better quality service that is not incompetent and or prejudice.
Good local company with very competitive prices. I would rather give my money to a family run business than a national DIY Chain. Support local!
Visit here often the staff are helpful and friendly only problem is they are normally busy so u might be waiting for awhile.
