I would stay clear away from this so called business.  They made me feel like an outcast and were even unable or unwilling to to tell me what type of hardwood timber that they had in stock.  You would be better off going to B& Q, Jewsons, or Ridgeons and get much better quality service that is not incompetent and or prejudice.

Great quality low priced timber and building supplies. Give them a call, friendly family run company

Helpful guys who will sell you exactly what you want, even if you are a DIYer and not in the trade. They will cut the woid to the length you want, and are a lot cheaper than B&Q.
