Nice place. Very helpful and polite staff however could use some customer service training. Printing facilities fail often, it would be common sense for staff to politely go around and inform people or let them know before they spend hours on the computers. Lack of communication and try to minimise queues.

Staff are very friendly here. Nice place to have a coffee and find something great to read. And nice study area. I think they should advertise that the library is only staffed between 11am and 4pm so if you would like to access the library before this or after you must sign up for the library plus card which takes a day to process then you can access the library anytime from 9pm up until 6pm

Actually I am happy with the new opening hours. During the unstaffed times the library is very quiet and the library is now open every day. There are 2 security people about during the unstaffed open times and I feel safe, and I think the books are too

Service is pretty poor. I came to return books 20 minutes before closing but the staff ushered me out and didn't even let me go up to the library. It caused me problems and wasted time.

Love this library. To all the 'neigh-sayers' on here disrespecting this library, just be thankful you have one to go to!!
