The grass is thin and dry and there is so much littering; but it's the one and only park in the area, so better this than none.
Great playground area for children, nice big slide for the bigger kids to enjoy. The outdoor gym equipment is great, also marked running track around the small park is a good touch for those who are keeping track of distances.
Pleasant park and green space to relax in. There is a nice play area with a tall slide too.
Probably best to visit in the spring or summer so the kids and dogs can run around. There is an outside gym and BBQ area, and close to a couple of shops. Playground: Fair size playground with high covered slide. Dog-friendliness: Dog bins provided Picnic area: Great picnic area and plenty of seating plus there is a designated BBQ area.
Great place to take young children. Park for an hour around Briton Street and walk across the river bridge.
Decent park that gets very busy with many people of all ages. Great for bbqs and listening to music as many people take speakers .. If you want to chill with friends and have great vybes its the park to go... a few close shops near by which are easy accessible.
full of crack heads, they are funny sometimes, they talk a lot of nonsense to the point where you start to think of some good memories. but be careful, they can be little more crazy
Nice place for evening walk and quiet. Very peaceful and nearby riverside
Good place to go and relax but not at night as some black Africans do their singing unethically or listening loud music and hooting on general public as well as students of DMU though sometimes police do teach them lesson, another issue is of security, one of friend witnessed a robbery again by some drunk black guys and called police and police suggested to give belongings as they can't get there in time and victim may get harmed.
