1st class computer and services reseller although parking tight

Refused to provide pricing to me after sending a detailed request on a considerable amount of software. If they don't believe you are a business they point blank refuse to talk to you (they openly admit this on there website). As someone who works extensively with small business I find this approach to business staggering in this day and age, they don't check or ask you who/what business you may be working at/for they just ignore all correspondence. Due to this I point blank refuse to deal with them or endorse them as I believe this business practice is shocking and to be honest extremely arrogant. One of their competitors was however very grateful for this arrogance and has received several thousand pounds worth of software sales and will be where i purchase more through my business and recommend to my clients.
