I dropped my wedding ring in the road, recovered it several cars later. My ring was bent and scratched and the trillion cut tanzanite was cracked.
I didn't want to take it to some highstreet jewelers as the ring is a unique design and my funds were limited. Someone recommended Coppins to me but after my experience with Hatton Garden a few years ago I didn't have high hopes. In Hatton Garden everyone's attitudes made it very clear that my little bit of money wasn't worth their superior expertise. 
The staff at Coppins however showed genuine interest in my dilemma and got back to me with a quote the same day. They went through a lot of trouble to find a trillion cut diamond to replace the cracked tanzanite and did it at a much lower price than I expected. I collected my ring today and I cannot stop looking at it. I am so happy with the service, price and workmanship.
Highly recommended.
